Recently RBINS installed a fully functioning eDNA lab. To share this new expertise to the research community RBINS organizes a one-day symposium on this topic. The symposium will be held on the 13th of December 2022.
Speakers will include Prof. Hugo Gante (KU Leuven), who will talk about “Improving whole biodiversity monitoring with eDNA Metagenomics” and Dr. Tamara Schenekar (KFU Graz), who will present: “Monitoring terrestrial mammals via aquatic eDNA in savannah systems”.
BopCo will present a short introduction on our participation in this eDNA lab and the rise in frequency of eDNA requests.
