This course will be an introduction to next-generation sequencing analysis on the 19th, 20th and 21st of September, 2016 at UAntwerpen (Campus Drie Eiken).
The aim of this course is to introduce researchers new to NGS analysis into this topic.
Monday, 19 September 2016: Introduction to Linux concepts and Python scripting.
Tuesday, 20 September 2016: Introduction to NGS data processing, and in variant annotation and filtering.
Wednesday, 21 September 2016: Use of R for NGS data processing and analysis, and process NGS data in batch.
